  • The Center aspires to be a healthcare facility that provides optimal healthcare services for its patients/residents.  Its priority objectives are continuous improvement in quality of care, services, and treatment, managerial efficiency and leadership in planning and development affecting health care in the services area.  Among the approaches the Center may take in addition to direct care and partnerships, network planning and development, contact services, advocacy, education, research and other initiatives of value to the community.
