Public Notice

A team from The Joint Commission (TJC) is scheduled to conduct a voluntary accreditation survey of Camden County Health Services Center this year, 2009.  The visit is an unannounced survey.  The survey may be conducted at any time between January thru December 2009.  TJC will review various aspects of the clinical and support service environment in which care is provided to determine our level of compliance with TJC standards of care and safety.

Anyone with pertinent and valid information related to the survey may request a public information interview with TJC team.  Request for public interview should be in writing.  The request should include your name, address, organization, and contact phone number, along with the nature of your concerns and reasons for seeking such an interview.  Please send your request to:
