Skilled Nursing Care and Rehabilitation
Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Rehabilitation Services Camden County Health Services Center
cherishes a history rich with traditions. Our commitment
to serving the specialized health care needs of our community began in the mid-1800’s and continues today.
Our Center is an enriching
therapeutic environment with physical amenities second to none in the
region. We provide a variety of continuing care services to meet
individual goals for recovery, health and wellness. The
individuals we serve may be in need of long-term care skilled nursing,
shorter-term comprehensive inpatient nursing, rehabilitation,
respite, hospice care, or outpatient rehabilitation services.
Our Center’s philosophy
of care combines a holistic approach to serving individuals. We are
proud to be one of the largest facilities in the region. Our 300-bed facility is approved to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs and maintains participating agreements with a variety of Medicare Advantage and other managed care plans. Our interdisciplinary staff strives to meet individual goals toward recovery and overall health while offering an environment that is enriching in activities and socialization. The Center has the services of a full-time Medical Director and a dedicated team of professional personnel and geriatric specialists from regional academic health care centers.

Our commitment to provide individualized care includes:
